As a non-profit organization, the Napoleon Civic Center relies on volunteers to meet its goals and complete many community projects and events.

Volunteering has many rewards, including meeting new people, interacting as a part of the community and feeling a great satisfaction from helping. There are many opportunities to get involved, including assisting with community-wide events or helping maintain the facilities and grounds.

Also, donating your time is just like money in the bank. Henry County and the Napoleon community did it once already with the construction of the Napoleon Area School’s Charles Buckenmeyer Stadium. The Stadium was estimated to cost over $2.5 million…it was built for just under $1 million, and it was paid off in three years. Together we can do it again.
