Dear supporters, Tea Party attendees and vendors-
As information continues to become available daily on the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Ohio/Federal Government, the past few days we have been given the guidance for all large events and public gatherings of people for the next 8 weeks or events that require close contact, should be postponed and/or canceled. We regret to announce that the Napoleon Civic Center Trustees have made the tough decision to POSTPONE our 6th Annual another Daughter American Girl Doll Tea Party scheduled for Sunday, April 19, 2020.
We know how excited for this event everyone is each year but our volunteers, vendors, and attendees health and safety is number one priority for the Napoleon Civic Center project Trustees.
We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and the direction from the CDC and the Ohio/Federal Government and once we can confirm with our venue and get through this tough time, which we will together, we will reschedule this event.
To those who have purchased tickets to our 6th Annual Mother Daughter American Girl Doll Tea Party, we are offering a few options:
1. You may wait and attend this wonderful event when it is reschedule.
2. You may donate your ticket cost to the Napoleon Civic Center to cover the inquired expenses for this event and to help fund the entire NCC project. Please keep in mind that by doing this you will release your tickets and you will not be able to attend the rescheduled event.
3. Request a full refund.
All ticket holders are asked to please fill out the form below letting us know your intentions.
This project has had its bumps through the years and has been a long journey but it is still moving forward and not dead and we need your help and support more than ever! We also ask anyone who can make a monetary donate to help defer these costs and to help fund this project to do so today! Any donation is greatly appreciated!
