Historic 424 Yard Sale June 7-9, 2018

3 days and 30 miles of shopping, picking, eating, and selling on the historic route 424. Daily from 8 AM to 6 PM daily. Setup begins at 7:00 AM – spots assigned and must be reserved prior to the event. Visit the event page for a list of current vendors.

2018 Backlot Bash Concert Series

This summer marks our 2nd Annual Backlot Bash at the Napoleon Civic Center, an Outdoor Concert series in their parking lot at 303 W Main St, Napoleon, OH 43545. This year’s Backlot Bash will include three outdoor concerts with some amazing bands on the following dates: The Menus – June 9, 2018, Nashville Crush – July 7, 2018, and Unpaved – August 3, 2018. Each concert is expected to bring in hundreds of attendees for food, music, and entertainment and with this being our 2nd year we know it will grow. This year we are limiting the number of food trucks to 2-3 per concert event.

IMPORTANT BACKLOT BASH FOOD TRUCK INFORMATION *PLEASE READ*  

  • Serving time is 6:30pm-11pm. Trucks must be in place no later than 6:00 PM on day of event and trucks will not be able to leave until event attendees have cleared the area. (You are able to set up all day to serve food if you would like, however at 6PM the grounds will be locked down in preparation for the grounds to reopen at 6:30PM. Please just let an NCC Representative know in advance if you would like to set up all day.
  • Food Trucks will be located in the Napoleon Civic Center back parking lot.
  • Food truck spaces are limited and are first come, first served.
  • No alcoholic beverages can be sold out of any Food Trucks. However, beer will be available to sell at the event.
  • Food Trucks should have a Food Permit with the Henry County Department of Health.
  • Food Trucks will also need Commercial Liability Insurance
  • Food Trucks will be allowed (1) service vehicle to accompany their food truck.
  • NCC will provide a 20’ x 25’ space; all other amenities (i.e. generators, electricity, etc.) must be provided by the food truck vendors unless otherwise requested.
  • Food prices must be listed and visible on the truck.

Battle of the Bands – July 21, 2018

The Napoleon Civic Center is holding their first ever Battle of the Bands on Saturday, July 21, 2018, beginning at 1:00 PM until completed in the Backlot at the Napoleon Civic Center (303 W. Main Street, Napoleon, OH 43545)

IMPORTANT BATTLE OF THE BANDS FOOD TRUCK INFORMATION *PLEASE READ*  

  • Serving time is 1pm-8:30 pm (or when competition is finished). Trucks must be in place no later than 12 PM on day of event and trucks will not be able to leave until event attendees have cleared the area. (You are able to set up all day if you would like. Please just let an NCC Representative know.)
  • Food Trucks will be located in the Napoleon Civic Center back parking lot.
  • Food truck spaces are limited and are first come, first served.
  • No alcoholic beverages can be sold out of any Food Trucks. However, beer will be available to sell at the event.

Cow Fest – September 22, 2018

The Napoleon Civic Center will be hosting their first ever Cow Fest on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Event partners include The Henry County Dairy Producers and Dave’s Running.

IMPORTANT COW FEST FOOD TRUCK INFORMATION *PLEASE READ*  

This is preliminary information. More details will be provided once you sign up.

  • Serving time is ALL DAY concluding with a concert ending at 11PM. Trucks must be in place no later than 8 AM on the day of event and trucks will not be able to leave until event attendees have cleared the area. (You are able to set up all day if you would like. Please just let an NCC Representative know.)
  • Food Trucks will be located in the Napoleon Civic Center back parking lot near Loose Field (possibly in Loose Field area)
  • Food truck spaces are limited and are first come, first served.
  • No alcoholic beverages can be sold out of any Food Trucks. However, beer will be available to sell at the event.
  • Food Trucks will also need Commercial Liability Insurance
  • Food Trucks should have a Food Permit with the Henry County Department of Health.
  • Food Trucks will be allowed (1) service vehicle to accompany their food truck.
  • NCC will provide a 20’ x 25’ space and basic electricity; all other amenities (i.e. generators, etc.) must be provided by the food truck vendors unless otherwise requested.
